Less than 2 months until our All Churchill Reunion at the Ski Lodge (All Seasons lodge) at Boyce Park in Monroeville.

This is a reunion for the Churchill Area High School community (Class Year's from 1965 - 1987), students, teachers, staff, administrators, parents, etc.

Where: Boyce Park Ski Lodge (All Seasons lodge)

Date: Sunday, August 31st 2025

Time: Noon - Dusk'ish (when park closes)

Price: $20 (for lodge rental, supplies, sodas, cookies)

Format: Casual, Food Trucks, bring your own snacks, BYOB, coolers, etc. PAY AT THE DOOR!

For those who have classic cars - please bring to show off in the parking lot!

Dear Churchill Class of ’65 and ’66 Graduates, We’re excited to announce that our 60th reunion is in the works! Many of you have expressed interest in reconnecting, and plans are now well underway.

Event Details: Vista Room – Edgewood Country Club 100 Churchill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235
Friday, September 12 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Enjoy an evening of memories and reconnection featuring a buffet dinner, social hour, and music.

A registration form is attached—please complete and return it to reserve your spot! Please return the form and your check no later than July 25th.

Social Hour: The evening begins at 5:00 PM with a social hour and cash bar. Appetizers will be served, giving everyone a chance to mingle and reconnect before dinner begins.

Dinner: A Little Italy buffet will be served. Price: $75 per person
Music: DJ playing hits from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

Courtesy of Mr. Lee Schaeffer, a link has been added to the CAHS Videos section of the website that contains a portion of Season 11, Episode 12 ("Play") of "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" that features the CAHS Marching Band, Chargettes, and others.  It originally aired July 21, 1981.

"Great Friends Charity"

A new link has been added to the main menu to "Great Friends Charity" that provides CAHS graduates and their families that, for whatever reason, have fallen on hard financial times.

Scammers are using Facebook to create fake class reunion event pages, inviting former students and then tricking them into paying for merchandise or attending a fake event. These scams often involve promising exclusive t-shirts or other memorabilia in exchange for payment, which is never delivered. Here's how the scam works:

1. Fake Event Page:
Scammers create Facebook event pages that look legitimate, often mimicking official class reunion pages. 

2. Invitations and Networking:
They invite former students to join the event, leveraging Facebook's networking features to spread the word. 

3. Promoting Merchandise:
They advertise merchandise like t-shirts, claiming they're exclusive to the reunion. 

4. Tricking Attendees:
They encourage attendees to purchase merchandise or attend a supposed reunion, often using the allure of catching up with old friends. 

5. Fraudulent Collection of Funds:
Once attendees make payments, the scammers vanish with the money, leaving the victims with nothing. 

To avoid these scams:

Verify the Event:
Do not join or pay for anything regarding the CAHS Memories Classes of 1965 – 1987 that may come to you via Facebook.  On our home page, we provide a link to specific class events that have been provided to us.

Be Cautious of Promises:
Be wary of promises of exclusive items or events that seem too good to be true. 

Report Suspicious Activity:
If you suspect a fake event or encounter any suspicious activity, report it via the Contact Us link on the home page, as well as to Facebook and the authorities.
